PORAC, Pampanga—A state-of-the-art satellite Internet e-Kiosk was launched on Saturday in Barangay Planas, an Ayta village in this town.  It was witnessed by some 120 foreign investors from various countries in Asia.

The E-Kiosk was established through the initiative of Ipstar Solutions Philippines Corp. (IP Star) President and CEO Dr. Joey Aranal, also the elder brother of Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Serreno Aranal.
