Company Profile

Integral Process Starlight Technologies And Resources Solutions Philippines Corporation (IPSTARSPC) aims to bring fast and reliable internet connection to the rural countryside through the deployment of its IPSTARSPC e-Kiosk system. This e-Kiosk business model allows internet connectivity to be expanded and its reach extended through the propagation of Wi-Fi hot spots or Wi-Fi mesh in various remote municipalities and aid money remittance services by providing link for ATM services. IPSTARSPC aims to pave the way for increasing Internet access in schools, hospitals, government agencies, and the police and military units located in remote areas.

Taking up the challenge to provide internet solutions in places that have been overlooked is what Integral Process Starlight Technologies And Resources Solutions Philippines Corporation (IPSTARSPC) is all about. Incorporated in 2011, the company aims to bring Internet Connectivity to where there is none, with its utmost priority being to provide rural connectivity by bringing broadband internet access to areas generally classified as un-served or under-served in the Philippines.

The founders, headed by its President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Joey Aranal, have the qualifications and experience to provide satellite services to the rural areas of the Philippines in partnership with We are IT Philippines, Inc. (WIT), holder of Teodoro N. Romasanta Inc. (TNR Telecoms), a Congressional Franchise (Republic Act 4601) and National Telecommunications Commission licensed VSAT operator (NTC 96-334) and Telecom Operator (NTC 88-90) in the Philippines.

The Company is currently offering services to the rural countryside through the deployment of a business model in the form of a basic Internet Base Station to propagate Wi-Fi hot spots or Wi-Fi mesh in various remote barangays or municipalities. This aids money remittance services, provide link for ATM services, and provide any type of data, video, and voice services—including gaming and entertainment services—for both domestic and international route; while also contributing to increasing internet access to schools, hospitals, government agencies, police, and military units in the remote areas. This way, the rural private sector can be more abreast with the commerce and strategies available in the urban circles. With this, IPSTARSPC hopes that heightened progress can soon move to these remote locations where people are starting to own technological equipment and gadgets such as personal computers, laptops, smart phones, and tablets; and are setting up viable tech-savvy business ventures.

After all, at the root of it, IPSTARSPC strives to be synonymous with “PROGRESS,” aiming to empower the Philippines as a whole by connecting its people with the rest of the world.
